Title: Hanover Street
Material: Bronze
Location: Hanover Street

A tablet in bronze using Irish and English, records the first school founded by Edmund Rice in Dublin. The juxtaposition of the two panels on the one plane, to accommodate a bi-lingual wording, and sharp-edged flat bottom letters gives the tablet a feeling of thickness and depth of character.
